ONLINE PAYMENTS

You can pay through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or your favorite cash wallets (PayTM and FreeCharge) whichever you find best. We have Cashfree & Razorpay as our Payment Gateway partners.

PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY

We also provide you with the option of Partial Cash on Delivery, but let us warn you: this only covers limited PIN codes and you need to pay a 30% (Non-Refundable) from your order total in advance. Your Partial COD order will be confirmed by us within 24 hours.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that you can be impulsive and might want to cancel an order once you realize it’s the end of the month and you have no money to spend (as long as you come back to us once you do). You can cancel it within 6 hours of placing it. After that, it might be a tad bit difficult for us and we might not able to cancel your order and provide a full refund, so think fast!

REFUND

If the order is complete (meaning delivered), a refund through original mode is not possible. Only unprocessed orders (canceled before shipping) can be refunded through the original method. A refund for delivered/returned product will only be in the form of TAZindia Store Credit which can be used for future purchases from our website. This is because there’s a lot of costs involved while processing an order, and we still want to sustainably keep offering free return/exchange for every faulty order.

RETURNS

We’re 100% committed to making you happy. Each case is hand-checked by a member of TAZindeia team before it leaves our door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

If you wish to return your item(s), kindly email us with your order number and the reason of return, within 2 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Items returned to us without prior notice will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents, returned products with missing contents are subjected to a restocking fee according to the condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost. The customer will be only given a product refund in the form of store credits. Please be advised that the shipping fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure that your return item is received. LayesTop is not liable for any lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery. All sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns. Only replacement will be provided for promotional/sale items.
